The aim of the People Directorate is to have a positive impact on Trust leadership, teaching and learning at academies. We provide specialist 'HR' advice and support, ensuring sufficient expertise at the centre to manage the challenges of a single employer (GAT) operating across multiple regions, ensuring a balance of preventative and responsive actions to supporting our academies to achieve continuous improvement.
