Stanground Academy hosts an inspiring STEM Day for local pupils
On Tuesday 17 March, Stanground Academy welcomed 30 enthusiastic Year 5 and 6 pupils from Farcet Primary School for an exciting and interactive STEM Day.
The visiting pupils took part in a carousel of hands‑on activities, including:
- đź«€ Science investigations, featuring a fascinating heart dissection
- 🤖 Lego Robotics challenges, putting coding and problem‑solving skills to the test
Staff from Farcet Primary praised the maturity, teamwork and curiosity shown throughout the day. Stanground Academy’s own STEM Ambassadors also shone brightly, receiving glowing recognition for their leadership, guidance and encouragement.
The Academy looks forward to welcoming more young scientists and engineers in the near future!
